Crew Rep & Crew Upgrades

Crew Rep is one number that tracks how much your crew is actually doing — not how much anyone's paid. It's earned purely by playing:

  • Holding territory — roughly 3 Rep per held district, per hour.
  • Active human members — about 1 Rep per hour, per member who's actually playing. NPC members (if you ever had any) don't count — this can't be bot-farmed by parking accounts.
  • One-off grants — taking a district nets a lump 30 Rep; collecting a venue's income nets 5.

Rep only ever goes up (your crew's lifetime total), and that lifetime total maps to a Crew Level through a fixed threshold table — level 1 at 0 Rep, up through the higher levels costing tens of thousands of cumulative Rep. Crew Level shows up on the leaderboard alongside everything else.

Spending Rep

Separately from lifetime Rep, your crew banks spendable Rep, which — together with treasury cash — buys permanent, crew-wide upgrades across a few tracks (quality-of-life first; any combat/territory muscle on offer is deliberately kept small so a strong crew can't snowball over the rest of the playerbase). Tiers within a track unlock in order, and higher tiers need a higher Crew Level to buy at all.

This is a crew-wide investment, not a personal one — once bought, an upgrade benefits every member for as long as the crew holds it.
