The Casino: Roulette, Blackjack & Slots
PocketVegas — the Casino — runs three games, all against a real house edge, with bets from $10 to $10,000.
Roulette
A true European wheel: single zero, 37 pockets, so the house edge is a flat 1/37 (≈2.7%) on every bet regardless of what you back. A straight single-number bet pays 35:1, an even-money bet (red/black, odd/even, high/low) pays 1:1, and a dozen or column pays 2:1. Everyone gets one bet per spin — except a Financier, who can stack up to 6 simultaneous bets in the same spin, the class's casino specialty.
Blackjack
A 6-deck shoe, dealer stands on 17 (including soft 17), natural blackjack pays 3:2. There's no double-down, split, or insurance yet — a deliberate scope cut that nudges the house edge a little above textbook blackjack's ~0.5%, still one of the better bets in the building.
Slots
A 3-reel machine with seven weighted symbols; only three-of-a-kind pays (cherries also pay a small consolation for landing exactly two anywhere), and the machine is tuned to roughly 93% RTP — a ~7% hold for the house, same shape as a real slot floor.
Betting Dirty Cash
You can wager Dirty Cash directly, and — deliberately — a Dirty Cash win pays out in Clean Cash. That makes the Casino a genuine, if variance-heavy, laundering alternative to the Bank's fixed 10% fee: worse expected value than a straight launder, but it's the one path where a lucky run beats paying the fee at all. It only wins on variance, never on average — go in knowing that.
