The Phone is a real, purchasable item — a Burner Phone (cheap, Dirty Cash, gets you online and nothing more) or a Smartphone (pricier, Clean Cash, shaves a few points off the Fence's cut) — and like any owned item, it can be lost in a RICO seizure. No phone, no apps: buy one before anything below matters.
