The Safe, the Stash & the Crew Bank

Three different places to keep money, each with a different purpose. Mixing them up is the single most common source of "wait, where did my cash go?" confusion.

Your personal Clean Safe

Shelters Clean Cash from robbery and even earns interest — 1% a day, on balances up to $100,000. It isn't spendable directly; you move money back to your wallet first. Robbery and RICO both tax the money you leave in your wallet, never what's tucked in the Safe.

Your Personal Stash (crew members only)

A per-member Dirty-cash safe. Solo players don't get one at all — it's a genuine perk of joining a crew. The money is still entirely yours; only you can withdraw it, your crew just hosts the slot. It shelters Dirty Cash from a RICO seizure, but every deposit pushes the withdrawal lock forward by 2 hours — so you can't dodge an incoming raid by shoving cash in and pulling it straight back out.

The Crew Bank

Not the same thing as the Stash. The Crew Bank is the crew's shared treasury — pooled funds any member can (per their permissions) contribute to or draw from, used for things like crew upgrades. Your Stash is private to you; the Crew Bank is common property.
